Professor Jenny R. Chou

Jenny Chou is a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence for Professional Development at Quinnipiac University School of Law. She works with the Law School's Career Development Office to broaden opportunities and promote skills for graduates' long term success, and provides individual advising for students and alumni. Jenny also teaches a seminar course on Food Law.
Jenny was previously a partner with Wiggin and Dana in New Haven, where she practiced litigation and white-collar defense and investigations, and served as chair of the firm's summer hiring committee. Prior to Wiggin and Dana, Jenny was an associate at WilmerHale in Washington, D.C. and a law clerk for the Honorable Mary A. McLaughlin on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jenny is a graduate of Yale Law School and Harvard College.
Jenny serves on the boards of New Haven Legal Assistance Association and the Connecticut Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and on the Federal Grievance Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is also an active member of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity and a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation. Jenny previously served on the board of Connecticut Foodshare.
