Aubrie Souza is a Senior Court Management Consultant at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), specializing in the intersection of technology, process improvement, and access to justice. Her work includes improving legal information delivery, user-friendly court forms, guided interviews, chatbots, and tools for hybrid and remote hearings, focusing on supporting self-represented litigants and enhancing online accessibility. She has led user experience initiatives to ensure court processes are more approachable and effective for all.

Aubrie has published national guidance on court chatbots, court-based self-help centers, and innovative tools to improve access to legal information. She has also developed judicial education materials, including a court appearance-rating curriculum.

Aubrie earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, she was actively involved with the Suffolk Legal Innovation and Technology (LIT) Lab Document Assembly Line, an initiative to develop online guided interviews to assist self-represented litigants with court filings.

She holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, and is based in the Jamacia Plain neighborhood of Boston.
