Tess Reagan
Tess Reagan is a Senior Attorney with Kids in Need of Defense – Hartford. Prior to joining KIND, she worked within the non-profit and private sectors, holding Staff Attorney positions with Esperanza Attorneys at Law, Greater Hartford Legal Aid, and Catholic Charities of Boston. She has extensive experience representing children and families in humanitarian and family-based immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on working with victims of domestic and sexual violence. Tess was a recipient of the Sandra Day O-Connor Merit Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude from New England Law – Boston. She is a member of the Massachusetts and Connecticut bars and provides representation in Spanish and English.
