Hon. Cesar Noble
The Honorable Cesar Noble has been a judge of the Connecticut Superior Court since 2014. He presided over criminal matters until 2015 when he was transferred to the civil docket where he has remained through today’s date. Prior to going on the bench, he was a partner in Noble, Young & O’Connor where he practiced in the field of civil litigation.
