Attorney Franklin Perry II
Franklin Perry II is the Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs for the Connecticut House Democratic Majority Leader. His core function is to translate the Majority Leader's priorities into clear, actionable legislative proposals. In collaboration with the Majority Leader, state legislators, and staff, Franklin develops and delivers comprehensive legislation based on their priorities and agenda. At the direction of the Majority Leader, Franklin also assists in the negotiation of budgets on behalf of the House Democratic caucus. Franklin additionally serves on the UConn Law School Foundation Board and is a CBF James W. Cooper Fellow.
