Lina Lee is the Executive Director of the Connecticut Bar Association, where she leads initiatives to strengthen the legal community, enhance the role of lawyers in public service, and drive meaningful reform to align legal strategies with broader community needs. Prior, Lina was the Founder and Executive Director of a legal services organization focused on housing justice and civil rights litigation in New York City. Under her leadership, the organization grew to serve thousands of community members, and she managed a multi-million-dollar budget while advancing high-impact affirmative litigation to address civil rights violations.
She serves on the Housing Court Advisory Council, Pro Bono Committees, and nonprofit boards. Her contributions have been recognized by City & State New York's Nonprofit 40'Under 40 and Nonprofit Power 100, as well as PoliticsNY and amNY Metro's AAPI Power Players. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
